1 Minute Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake – Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Corn-Free, Dairy-Free
Ingredients
- 1 HEAPED tablespoon of cacao or cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp my gluten-free flour mix recipe (or one of choice, or white/spelt will also work)
- pinch of salt
- 1 packet of corn-free stevia
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp mashed banana (optional, can add an extra tsp of coconut oil instead)
- 3 tablespoons milk of choice (almond, rice, soy, coconut, dairy)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mug and mix. If you want to remove the cake from the mug and not eat it out of the mug, then add the ingredients in a separate bowl/cup and spray the mug you plan to cook it in. Microwave for 45 seconds.
