Vegan Immunity Boosting Acai bowl – Gluten-Free, Corn-Free, Dairy-Free

Vegan Immunity Boosting Acai bowl – Gluten-Free, Corn-Free, Dairy-Free

Serves 1.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen pack of acai pulp
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds (or ground flaxseeds or chia seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon of: shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, chia seeds and gluten-free oats for topping.

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add topping and dig in!
