Vegan Immunity Boosting Acai bowl – Gluten-Free, Corn-Free, Dairy-Free
Serves 1.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen pack of acai pulp
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds (or ground flaxseeds or chia seeds)
- 1 teaspoon goji berries
- 1 tablespoon of: shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, chia seeds and gluten-free oats for topping.
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add topping and dig in!
