Raw, Vegan Cherry Ripe Acai Bowl – Gluten-Free, Corn-Free, Dairy-Free

Serves 1.

Ingredients:
Acai Bowl:
– 1 frozen pack of acai pulp
– 1/2 banana frozen
– 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
– 1/2 cup of coconut milk
– 1 tablespoon cacao powder
– 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup (to your taste)

Toppings:
Sprinklings of: Cacao Nibs, Organic Coconut, Goji Berries, Chia Seeds and additional cherries.

Method:
1. Add all your ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and place in bowl. Sprinkle with toppings! Enjoy 🙂
