The secret ingredient in this recipe is actually avocado. I know what you may be thinking, avocado and chocolate? But that’s what helps achieve the creamy, thick taste…your unsuspecting friends won’t even notice 😉

Quick and Healthy Chocolate Mousse!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 6 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoons nut butter of choice
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 & 1/2 teaspoons cacao powder
- splash of water
Blend everything in your blender and serve with toppings of choice (I used goji berries, coconut and puffed brown rice)!
