Well, yes, add to the fact that this is full of healthy fats! Hooray!

The secret ingredient in this recipe is actually avocado. I know what you may be thinking, avocado and chocolate? But that’s what helps achieve the creamy, thick taste…your unsuspecting friends won’t even notice ūüėČ

Quick and Healthy Chocolate Mousse!

Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoons nut butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2 & 1/2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • ¬†splash of water

Method:

Blend everything in your blender and serve with toppings of choice (I used goji berries, coconut and puffed brown rice)!
