Simple Cacao and Peppermint Icecream Recipe with Pantry Ingredients – Corn-free, Gluten-free, Egg-free and Cream-free! (Ice Cream Maker Optional)

Hi everyone!

Who doesn’t love ice cream? Well, I can think of a few, those plagued with allergies that find it super difficult to find a recipe that doesn’t contain corn, egg or gluten!

IceCreamIf you have allergies, or perhaps you just want a simple ice cream recipe with ingredients in you already have in your fridge, then this is the recipe for you!

I used dairy milk in this recipe, but you might be able to substitute with a non-dairy milk, like almond or coconut, I have yet to experiment with those options yet.

I didn’t use an icecream maker for this recipe, simply placed in a container in the freezer and gave it a good, hard stir every 2-4 hours!

I flavoured this recipe with cacao and peppermint, which are just a dream together! If you just want a vanilla flavoured ice cream then you can omit this completely or you can play around with your own variations!

Hope you enjoy the recipe!
