Cleansing Green Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups water
- half a small cucumber
- 1 1/2 cups Kale
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Half a frozen banana
- Half a apple – cored and chopped (leave the skin on for that fibre!)
- Half a pear – cored and chopped (skin on again)
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend away until smooth!
